San Carlos indeed is blessed with beauty. This year, we will be sending two beauty titlest to the Hara sang Negros '09 in Kabangkalan City. Now in its second year of seeking for the most beautiful in the island of Negros (Oriental and Occidental will be vieing for the crown), the Hara Pageant Night will be held on the 16th of January in Kabangkalan and San Carlos City is proud to show the island of the beauties that San Carlo is proud of.
Let us support Darlene Mae Tambis ( Miss SCC 07, Sinulog Queen '08) and Janice Jade Tejamo ( First Runner-up Miss SCC '08) who will be representing the Pintaflores City and the City of Generous People.
